Clare, who moved from the UK to Melbourne in 2011, has over 30 years experience in education as a teacher, trainer and author.
Over the past decade Clare, who is an evidence-based practitioner, has focused her career in teaching students who struggle with acquiring basic reading, writing and spelling skills.
This has included running a very successful tutoring practice in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs. In early 2017 Clare moved her practice to Lismore, VIC.
In addition to specialist teaching and training, Clare has co-authored two books; The Whistlestop Tour of Special Educational Needs and Firm Foundations for specialist literacy publisher Barrington Stoke.
